Please Note
Arrive 5 minutes before your session.
Be mindful there are other sessions taking place so do not come too early or later than your session time.
Our studio is a shoe free environment.
Please keep this in mind when planning your outfits. Fuzzy holiday socks are welcomed!
Dress prepared.
As these are Mini Sessions where time is limited, make sure all family members arrive dressed in your chosen holiday outfits.
Limited studio space and time.
We have space for a maximum of 5 immediate family members. Sorry, no pets!
Youngest member must be at least 4 months old.
The sessions are limited to those who will be photographed, please do not bring additional guests.
Your Final Mini Session Gallery.
You will receive your final edited gallery within 7 days of sending your favourite selections.
If purchasing the full gallery (view Common Questions below), your full edited gallery will be delivered within 7 days after final payment has been made.

Common Questions
What if I want to reschedule my session?
We can reschedule your mini session at any available date and time on our calendar.
If Client shows up more than 5 minutes late to their mini session, their session will be cancelled and will not be refunded. If rescheduling is not an option, payment will be used as credit for a future session of your choice.
Cancellations and missed sessions are non-refundable and payment cannot be used as credit.
How many images will I receive in my viewing gallery to make my selections from?
You will receive a minimum of 15 unedited images in your private online gallery to make your selections from. The amount of selections are limited to 8 images as stated in the mini session package details. Extra images can be purchased at an additional $40 cost per image.
Can I purchase the full gallery?
Yes, you can purchase the full gallery at an additional cost of $100. Please contact us through email indicating your interest with the subject line "Full Gallery Download". You will receive high resolution fully edited digital images in both colour and black & white.
The price displayed is your final price, with no additional taxes.
You will receive an invoice to pay for the full gallery download. You will receive your edited images 7 days after final payment is made.
Am I able to receive unedited RAW images?
We do not offer RAW images for purchase. Our final edited images reflect the standard of our work. Releasing unedited images may not reflect our standards and risk undermining the integrity of our work.
